Double terminates can be used to clear and open blocked
or sluggish chakras. The crystal is held over the chakra and rotated clockwise
until they are felt to open.
If possible, the following should be used but clear quartz can be substituted:
Double Terminated Amethyst over the third eye
Double Terminated Citrine over Naval
Smokey Quartz over Base
Your choice for the other chakras is dependent on how stubborn the problem is
although these are a few suggestions:
Clear Quartz or Selenite DT for Crown Chakra
Crysocholla, Amazonite or Aquamarine for Throat Chakra
Rose Quartz, Adventurine, Green or Pink Tourmaline for the Heart Chakra
Citrine or Calcite for the Solar Plexus
These are individual treatments. One for each Chakra as your focus for healing
will need to be on a specific area rather than a holistic treatment.
